While waiting for our yummy apps to serve up we decided to give the food a rest & snap one for the album!! ^_^
"beef short rib, charred radicchio, macadamia, buckwheat, balsamic burnt butter" quite a mouthful that melts in the mouth... The tenderness of the beef reflects the skilled treatment and it's marinade.
This was one of the appetizers that stole my heart... The sweet-savory... warm-cold made this app a contradiction yet refreshing commentary in so many ways.... It performed a duo function: palate enhancing & cleansing at the same time.... And all the time remaining tasty & unforgettable....
The only local chef that caught my eye.... And I wasn't sorry that I did...
