Meatless Friday! Clams in garlic, tomato, parsley, lemon and white wine, a first for me!
marinated with lemon grass, fish sauce, honey etc.. grilled then topped with scallion oil.. Mmm.. GOOD!! Simple yet flavors are well-balanced. Lafang time!
