1st time making these with my sister.. They werent perfect.. The batter was to liquidy but the taste was awesome.. A little tip: add a dash more cocoa powder just a little bit.. To get the redvelvet taste stronger :D GOODLUCK
2nd times the charm TIP: make sure your merang is as stiff as it can get but still be fluffy.. Or else it'll spread way to much
