A homemade dish. Penne pasta tossed in a sauce made of crab fat and shrimp. Chopped celery is mixed to add to the nutritional value of the dish. Hard-boiled egg is used for garnishing. A squeeze of lime is a personal choice.
My own version of Portuguese sausage sauteéd with garlic, onions and tomatoes.
