I excused myself from the three-hour MCLE lecture to get a bite (starving!). When I got to the canteen, my eyes were drawn to this plate. Apple turon! They also have banana and monggo, but that's already oh-so-common, so I tried these sweeties instead. For three pieces for ten pesos, it's sulit. I was just wondering, what apples were used, washington or fuji? :)
