I love the taste of fruits and white wine! Perfect combination with all the natural sweetness of apple and pears together with the custard taste of the dolce de leche which makes it a meal for itself! So filling!
Hot and crispy fried chicken smothered with garlic and butter. drizzled with reduced red wine vinegar in bagoong. adding it up with blanched tomato, puréed, sautéd, and slurried In onions and saffron.
