This bad boy is from Pho Saigon in Nowell Ave in Walnut Creek and it is pheNOMMMMMenal.. 😉😉😉 This actually was presented in a bowl of savory meaty beef stew with lots of sauce (almost like a soup) with some herbs that make it so Vietnamese! The meat is soooo tender, a baby can eat it! Its sooo delicious a vegetarian would eat it! Its soooo inexpensive you can have it morning noon and night!
