The one thing I order everytime I'm here, the one thing that keeps me coming back to Ichiban Boshi/Sushi for the last few years. Priced at $13, this has definitely more than enough salmon for the sashimi lover. The blend of spring onions, sesame oil and chili padi is what makes the signature taste of this dish. My best friend always asks for extra servings of sesame oil & spring onions.. I usually give the oil a miss, but I'll pile up on the green bits:) So glad my bestie introduced this to me!
