Turns out the lab at the basement of ION is an ice cream store. The ice cream texture was really smooth. Would have preferred it a little sweeter but this is healthy ice cream so I guess, this is the sweetest it can go. But overall, was blown away by the innovative store layout! Kudos for creativity. We need more of this sort of thing to take our dining experience to a whole new level here in SG

This is quite the tropical dessert, Durian + Mango ice shavings! They call this the Gangster 流氓 Liu Mang because its Liu Lian + Mang Guo @ Jin Jin Dessert Stall ABC Food Centre
