Drinks And Aperitives!!!! 🍷🍸

In a "Alice-in-wonderland" style hotel they serve really goood cocktails: on the right non-alcoholic berries cocktail and on the left a supermojito!!!

Drinking something with my boyfriend: sparkling white wine and Americano cocktail..and some little amuse-bouche! 😋

Whole fillets of tuna in olive oil, fresh tomatoes ready to be cut and a form of fontina cheese to be prepared on the counter of the wine bar..and transformed into a tuna caprese that can not be fresher!

2 simple desserts but there are distinguished by their perfection! We had fresh strawberries with yogurt mousse and hot strawberry topping and a cappuccino mousse with home made biscuits! Classy and delicious!!

I tried a sandwich filled with salad, tataki tuna fish, aged Parmesan foam and balsamic vinegar marmalade..it was sooo good and tasty that i'm still speechless since yesterday evening!! My boyfriend had a sandwich w mortadella, Gorgonzola mousse, pears and..chocolate!! Equally good but not for everyone!

The beat aperitif experience I have ever had in my life!! This little design kiosk is managed by a famous Italian 2 Michelin stars that has an even famous restaurant in my town..and you can taste his influence in every bite!! Here we have some awesome fish canapés..

Red Martini + Campari + Soda water...the best recipe for a very good aperitif! And the usual appetizers?? Don't worry..there was a huge buffet in the bar! Yumm!

Lab 52 is the best place in town to mix every kind of cocktails! The owner/chief-barman is a genius!!!
