This pork sabu in tomyam soup by a Japanese Resturant in Vivocity is surprisingly good. There is a choice of rice or soba in the soup. The soup is very tomyam flavoured - spicy and sour but not overwhelming. There’s lots of pork sabu very thinly sliced. Super yummy

Don’t be put off by this Chinese beef noodles. It’s very good. Soup is full of beef stock and the thin slices of beef is very tasty and tender. You can choose the type of noodles you like. From thin to thick. The chilli sauce is also up to you to put it in the soup. Yummy!

If you like something sweet for breakfast this is the dish to have. It may be expensive for just a bowl of mung beans but unlikely other stalls this soup is full of mung beans. Every spoonful is full of mung bean that are cooked just right to bite. Coupled with the fried fritter pieces it’s a deliciously yummy breakfast or dessert.

From now till mid April The Clifford Pier is hosting a Perenakan event and this duck soup with preserved salted vegetables is a good starter. The aroma of the duck hits you right on when you start drinking the soup. The balance of savory and acidity is just right making it a very yummy soup.

One of Chef Kang’s signature dishes. Very excellent starter dish. Pork belly is very thinly sliced and well coated with prawn paste hence the fantastic taste. Belly yummy yummy yum yum yum.

Believe it or not this pair of lovelies came from a Japanese restaurant! It's the best lamb chops I've eaten. Tender, juicy and tasty. Grilled just right. Mummmmmm.....
