Sandwiches and Stuff

A hearty sandwich, really enjoyed it! 😋

Found another goody for my breakfast. Sure, it's practically invisible alongside the heftier, more colourful and exciting-sounding sandwiches on display but at $4, this was the cheapest. Plus it tastes damn good.
After being warmed up, the croissant looks a little deflated but its butteriness is brought strongly to the fore (which is way more important!) The Emmenthal cheese has become all gooey, glueing the ham and croissant into a gratifying yumminess.

Two eggs fried quick. Maggi seasoning. Fresh coriander. Sweet tomatoes. Chilli padi. All clasped between two halves of a Vietnamese-style bun to make one cool Asian sandwich. I do wish the ratio of egg to bread could be higher. But then again, I am someone who can never have enough egg 😉

Not a dish tt everyone would like i guess?
