Pan seared Adriatic scallop served with Avruga caviar, spinach foam, candied tomatoes with thyme and sautéed baby spinach with garlic.
For me this is a must try. Crispy exterior and juicy inside.
The different play of flavours and textures in each dish really impressed me. This is the asparagus, leeks and garlic miso which is so good.
This is the grilled avocado. ajoblanco, quinoa, salmon roe.
This crispy spiced pigs ears from #MooseHeadSG are so good, perfect to go with a glass of beer.
Chilli Pineapple Ice Pop with gula melaka, banana and chocolate from #MooseHeadSG , looks a bit messy but it's ok cause it's gone in no time.
