Opted for something outside of my eggs benny Sunday brunch routine today and tried something a little more adventurous - of course I had to have something with a perfectly poached egg still! The tomato relish contrasted the creamy avocado and the poached egg well, with the texture of the corn nibblets giving every bite a great punch!

Toast. Vegemite. Cheese. Poached egg. At $6.50 you get a very good deal with this.

Bread. Smoked salmon. 2 perfectly poached eggs. Amazing hollandaise sauce. Topped with ikura. Need I say more? The perfect brunch!
