L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon Étoile

This is the Le Burger, almost perfect. Soft buns with a crisp, moist juicy meat patty.
A pity they lost one Michelin star recently. But I can kind of understand why, if service is of consideration. It's not bad, but can be a lot more attentive.

This is the Joel Robuchon La Bulle.
As the spoon gently breaks the golden sphere apart, you see soufflé, pistachio cream and some ingredients I couldn't taste.
Something so simple, yet must be masterfully hard to do.
I have seen a similar version in Singapore and was impressed. But this, is the real thing. #DFDParis
