Enjoy dining without burning a hole in your pocket, no membership required
Chanced upon this while on the way back to the hotel late at night after an entire day of shopping, and was surprised to see a crowd still having their supper. Being the glutton that I am, decided to get one packet back to the hotel where I can savour it in the comfort of the aircon. This was surprisingly good and I felt that the sauce was what make it different. While the chicken was tender and the rice fluffy, it was the sauce that somehow brought out the fragrance of it all, with its sweet and mild spicy taste.
Isit just me or probably you would have notice that the Thais don't eat the soft boiled egg in a bowl but in a glass. Very interesting and probably too "sua ku" that I didn't know about it. Drinking the egg this way saves time and taste better. Either the egg is fresh or I was too fascinated. This is just opposite our hotel at The Berkeley Hotel, inside this shop KuangHeng that serves delicious chicken rice.
