Tauhu begedil is a Malay dish made from potato and chicken stuffed in a deep fried tofu puff. The dish can usually be served on its own or with a kicap sambal, a spicy sauce made from dark and light soy sauce with chillies.
The tofu puffs are deep fried which are crispy on the outside with mashed potatoes and chicken bits on the inside, topped with coriander.
