I got a little breathless when I spotted this crackling monstrosity just chilling in its tray after being pulled fresh out of the oven. Made a beeline straight for the queue immediately.
Initial excitement at seeing Bjorn Shen's Bird Bird popup at Kranji Farmer's Market quickly turned to ambivalence after trying his minced chicken curry with charred bread, pickles and peanuts. Except, they forgot the pickles and peanuts. And the curry whilst creamy was kinda meh. Also, $8??!
