The tart had a flavourful cheese filling that was rich & smooth & baked to perfection. Really enjoyed it and my group believes that it tasted slightly better than the ones in Singapore cause of the less strong cheese smell & crispier crust

Yes it's Kinotoya Bake's famous cheese tarts! I'm having it cold for breakfast but I could only imagine how amazing it must have been when @the_ivyvines ate it freshly baked yesterday. It's so good she wants to go back and buy 6 more!
This is the only Hokkaido cheese tart we could find in Sapporo and this might just be the best cheese tart we ever had. It's warm and foamy when it is freshly baked.
