Heard that this also inspired the one we have in Singapore though I've not personally tried it. But man, I think I'd much prefer eating this street style despite the mess. & This will definitely be up on my list as one of the must-tries in Hong Kong. Do check out the food street along Tsuen Hing Path too, love that place!
