We were blessed with good weather on the first day in kawaguchiko and had a good view of mount Fuji! If you are in kawaguchiko, you will need to try this houtoumen! Which is basically udon like noodle in a hot pot soup with sliced pumpkin! Our choice of ingredients here was mushroom and chicken! They also serve the typical Japanese food items like this curry cutlet rice which was goood!
