β€β€ I just love love love hummus. π Haha Please don't get freaked out by its color, it was my mistake for using black sesame instead of white ones.
1. Drain 1 can of chickpeas, put into food processor.
2. Add 2tbsp tahini (sesame paste), 2tbsp olive oil, 1 large clove of garlic, some pepper, salt, paprika and lemon juice to taste (to your liking!)
3. Add chickpea water from the can just now/plain water (amount depends on how thick you want your hummus to be)
4. Blendddddd.
Done! Chill it in the refrigerator and its ready to be served! ππ
Easy and #healthy dip to snack on together with apples, toasted tortillas, and even cucumber. π
