Italian Biscotti Crunch ice cream in between Peanut Butter with Reese's Chip and Double Chocolate Chip cookies!
It is rare to find a ice cream sandwich shop in Singapore. So I got it on the sugar app when I saw it. Ordered a rocky road , white chocolate macadamia cookie w pistachio ice cream sandwich. Love the pistachio ice cream but I must say the cookies are a little too hard and the ice cream a little too soft. So you can imagine everything sliding everywhere. The pistachio is quite good, with the distinct nutty taste. But as for the cookies, a little too hard and the nuts aren't crunchy.
