Nice! The katsu is well flavoured and tender. Unlike some other places, the katsu is too dry and/or plain. You can order the tarta from fruit paradise as dessert too. Same boss.
Go for their humble yet light and delicious Collagen Salad, before throw-the-diet-out plates of brilliantly done Mizutaki Karaage (chicken marinated in ponzu and yuzu pepper before frying, $7.90), and highlight of the menu, the Hanamidori Hana full course chicken broth hot pot set ($25.90/pax) that comes with chawanmushi, grilled salmon and scallops, and tsukune.
Finish off some super rich, supple Collagen Pudding ($5.90), drizzled with black sugar - because everyone can do with additional collagen.
The look of our face when the collegen jelly melts was #😮. The food presentation was well executed and tasted okay. The porridge which was later cooked within the leftover chicken broth was bursting with flavour.
