Juicy plump Cockles preboiled in a broth of Galangal, Ginger and Lemongrass to rid it of its fishy smell. Served steaming hot with Thai Chili Sauce. The sauce wasn't what I was accustomed to so I asked them for Soy Sauce Blended with Birdseye Chili and that was just the icing on the cake for this dish. Delish, simple, cheap good food just across the border.
