The pan-fried sea bass (crispy skin-side but still so moist on the inside) served with home made gnocchi which was light and amazing. Peas, courgettes, and wild mushrooms complimented the dish very well. Add a splash of truffle oil, and immediately the dish goes from a 5 star to a 6 star. We opted for the latter. The Loch Ryan salmon (£9) was everything you wanted in a salmon dish. Seared perfectly on the outside and still soft on the inside. As a calamari connoisseur, this passes with flying colors. Light and tasty. This almost resembles one of my favorite Asian dishes, the salt and pepper squid. Absolutely love this dish. Great with a good white wine or craft beer. @galleylondon #galleylondon #dinner #squid
