Booking is essential here as seating is limited, and note their one-drink policy. The Ebi-Shinjou Steamed Shrimp Toast ($16.50) was flavourful and addictive, while the Chicken Nanban ($14.30) came hot, crunchy, and delicious. My favourite was the Mentaiko Potato Salad ($9.90)—thick, creamy, and customisable since you mix it yourself. A solid 10/10. The Gyokai Tonkotsu Tsukemen ($23.10) was rich and hearty, though a little heavy for my palate.
