The lobster itself was really fresh but the sauce is even better. It was rich and creamy, perfect with rice 😁
Some of my other favourite dishes include their Grilled Kurobuta Char Siew 🐷 ($22), which had amazing caramelised flavour and their Pan Fried Marble Goby with Shark Cartilage Soup 🍲 ($15/100g). The soup was thick and full of clean umami taste without being too salty! You can feel the amount of collagen in the soup as well.
Their Wok Fried Preserved Radish Hor Fun 🍜 ($48) was also stunning, with a huge amount of wok hei coming through. Chilled Drunken Yellow Roe Crabs 🦀 ($88) were indeed indulgent, though I would prefer getting other dishes.
Desserts were done very well too, with the Orh Nee 🍠 ($7) and Peach Gum with Hokkaido Milk 🐮 ($8) being our favourites. Orh Nee had the right amount of creaminess and savoury flavour, and the Peach Gum dessert had the most indulgent rich milk taste 😍
As you can tell, the prices are definitely on the higher side, but I must say the ambience is really on another level with its posh design. Recommended for family celebrations! Thank you @fuyuandining.sg for the invite!
