Objectively, the food at frantzen/lindeberg was really good. My favourite dish by far was the "salad"; made up of over 70(?) different vegetables. Well worth a visit. But if you're all the way in Scandinavia and only have money for one restaurant, I'd recommend hopping over to Oslo for 2-star Maaemo instead.
