The Citron Tart ($11.47) features a golden trio of orange, grapefruit and pomelo on top of lemon curd, orange marmalade and an almond tart base. This is juicy, tangy and citrusy, with the sour and sweet notes complementing each other perfectly. This reminds me of a Japanese paper balloon - so pretty🎏!
Delicate strands of French chestnut cream piped onto a shortcake of chantilly and sliced Japanese chestnuts.
Not a fan of Mont Blanc, but this cake may just start to change me. The Chestnut cream was light & Fluffy texture, tasted Mildly flavourful and creamy.
Strawberries were fresh as well.
Not your usual latte or cappuccino, more inclined to the usual though good enough for a caffeine fix, quite strong in fact. Good ambience, was a quiet, wish they open earlier in the morning.
