A beautiful little restaurant tucked behind the busy streets of orchard in the newly refurbished 111 somerset mall. The Swiss mushroom burger with a wagyu patty, field mushrooms, swiss cheese, butterhead in a homemade brioche bun. I asked for medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. The size of the burger is huge and so juicy. Loved this. The last time I tried a burger so good was at Opal at Gordon Ramsey (Doha) in a private dinner by the executive chef.
