The Bak Kut Teh is the herbal kind. I prefer the peppery version. Even for herbal kind different places taste different. I tasted #luohanguo flavour in the soup which was quite weird. If my taste buds were reliable, that is what gives the soup tt darker colour.
Must repeat again, my favourite bak kut teh is #NgAhSio Bak Kut Teh by Jumbo Seafood group. Their premium pork ribs and pig's trotters are amazing! π Haven't had it in a long while.. #whrBakKutTeh #whrFarrerPark
