Mention Fong Seng Nasi Lemak and memories of (perpetually hungry) undergrad days come to mind 😂 After so many years, I had Fong Seng again and I thought the rice (which was quite a lot) didn't taste as "lemak"-ish as before 😔 but that was many many years ago, so memory may be playing tricks 😛 Anyway what I like about Fong Seng is the wide variety of side dishes you could add.
