Springy noodles tossed in a savoury vinegar sauce serve with pork ball, liver, minced pork, dumplings, and a pcs of fried sole fish. The pork used are fresh and tender, what's most important is that the pork are cooked just right. For me this is slightly too salty but i still enjoyed it. 🍲
