When you order an item from the menu, always read its description carefully. We obviously didn’t cos the menu did state the sausages will be “simmered in slightly salted water”. Imagine our surprise when this was served 🤣 .

We also have the “Grilled Nürnberger Sausages” which is a lot more acceptable (yes, German food noobs) but far too many for one person. Great for sharing though! .
