This dish was introduced to us as the thai version of the bak kut teh but i didn't really find it to be so because it wasn't herbal-y or peppery like your usual bak kut teh.

I don't eat pork ribs so can't comment about that, but i must say that the soup is really one of a kind. Haven't tasted anything quite like it before😹 It has a really unique strong taste, kind of like 酸辣烫 but super strong and concentrated; you will either hate it or love it
