Went for the pork ribs prawn noodle with thick bee hoon. Hearty bowl, though the prawns were on the smaller side with no option for the big ones. The broth leaned more clean and mild. Personally, I’m used to a stronger prawn punch so this felt lighter.

The pork ribs were well braised, tender and flavourful, falling off the bone easily. Thick bee hoon soaked up the soup nicely and the fried shallots plus chili on the side gave it extra depth.

Overall, it’s a straightforward, comforting bowl. Not the most intense prawn broth but satisfying if you’re after something lighter with ribs done right 》$5.50
