The star of the show for me๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ. Wet Runny Eggy and chock a block full of fresh seafood .. tart big prawns, scallops, sqiud and just enough pork lard to flavour it. And it didnโ€™t have to rely on much garlic to bring out its true flavoursome self.. just the way I like Hokkien mee๐Ÿ’•
