This pretty deconstructed dessert is part of their 3 course Kyoho Grapes plated dessert.
Comprising of grape tartare, peeled grapes, shiso leaf and grapefruit sorbet. Loving the grapefruit sorbet~refreshing with delicate citrusy flavour. Oh and did I not mention that that whip was amazing too.. Available from 30 sept onwards
