π½οΈ Ngoh Hiang @ Wu Xiang stall $9.50
πThe items ordered are:
π₯ century egg - huge pieces of pickled ginger are provided and it goes really well wihlth the century egg with a slightly gooey yolk.
π Red sausage - it has a tad too much pork taste to it unlike other red sausage I've tried which has a hint of sweetness.
π€ The prawn cracker is the normal prawn cracker you'll get in any Ngoh Hiang stall.
π― The Ngoh Hiang is really moist inside and flavourful with mince pork and shrimps in it. A tad oily. The skin could have been crispier.
π Bee hoon is surprisingly good. It has a peppery taste and has a sweet after taste mainly because of the dark soy sauce or maybe some shao xing wine used.
π΅ The sauce is way too sweet for me and it has tons of garlic and no peanut.
Overall I think that it's on a pricier side(AVG $2.30/item) and the taste is mediocre and slightly oily except for the beehoon. The beehoon is $1.50 per plate.
