My mentor ordered this when we had lunch and I was a little taken aback NVR rly liked cauliflower LOL btw cauliflower and broccoli come from the same plant just different parts OK sorry oversharing

BUT this was so good there was chives pesto aged cheese (?) and roasted pumpkin seeds the name of this dish is called textures of cauliflowers HAHAHA it was so amazing but it costs 13$ which tbh is quite a crazy price to pay for a medium serving of vegetable LOL

still the taste is amazing
