My first love for Duck Kway Chap on this street at Penang and it’s only their bowl of goodness I crave for when I think of Kway Chap cause I can’t find it anywhere else 😂 • I’ve not known of this dish until 4 years ago 🙃 the broth, with fried garlic, duck meat and kway teow 💯 • A must have every trip to Penang for dinner since they only open 6pm onwards.
🇸🇬 Kway Chap in Singapore comes with a bowl of Kway (thick broad sheets of rice noodles) and a separate plate of pig parts (including pig skin, pork and intestines).
Lebuh Kimberley (Kimberley Street) is a famous street in Georgetown, Penang for its delicious choices of local food & the stall selling kway chap is probably the most popular among patrons.
Not the typical kueh chap that we had in Singapore, but duck kueh chap.
