Froth light yuzu sauce adds the element of zest to the broth, giving a pretty refreshing take to the standard savoury flavour. However, as the ramen absorbs the yuzu broth, taste of sourness became more pronounced after eating half the bowl. On a side note, their gyoza is really good!!
