But I think it's my calling to try a plate from this humble store in Ghim Moh Market. While I'm not entirely impressed with the result, cos I have definitely tasted better even with my lack of experience in CKT-eating, I'm happy to witness the showmanship of the hawker master. A lot of hard work under some merciless working environment. Definitely a great plate of CKT, served with a very generous amount of fried lard and hum (no less than 10 cockles).
