As their name suggests, be sure not to give their lamb rolls a miss! โ Besides scoring on presentation from the whimsical dry ice ๐๐๐, these extremely thinly-sliced lamb rolls are so delicate & tender! ๐๐ป Certainly goes well with the mala soup base as the spice ๐ถ will mask some of the gamey taste of the meats. If lamb is not your thing, you can go for their Black Pork slices ๐ which are equally succulent! ๐คค
