A bit gimmicky but pretty fun dining experience where the thrill is seeing how many mini bowls of noodles you and your friends can finish. I spotted a few tables with towering stacks of empty bowls when I was there. Obviously those customers were famished. Or in a competitive mood.
"Thai Bowl Noodle" offers four types of "noodle bowls" for you to choose from: both "soup" and "dry" versions of chicken and beef. Not that they differ all that much honestly. The quantity is very small; equivalent to one big mouthful or two dainty ones.
The "dry" rice noodles tend to get a bit clumpy fast, so once they're served, you need to toss it very quickly with the two available chilli sauces. I liked both of them - the sourish, watery, orangey-red one and the dry, spicier chilli paste. The latter tastes very much like the one at Singapore's popular "Kin Kin Chilli Pan Mee" along Macpherson Road.
