Suckling pig confit served with Calanda peaches & caramelised white onions cooked with sherry vinegar. The portion is big enough for 2 people to share. I prefer suckling pig instead of suckling pig confit (because confit has bones). The suckling pig confit goes well with the caramelised white onion sauce, however the taste did not wow us. Go to Gaig for the best suckling pig in town.
