Lamb Shoulder were roasted then slow cooked twice cooked with milk sauce was literally stripped off the bone and piled up for easy devouring. You could taste the deliciousness garlicky whip by slurping the milky, meaty sauce for an intense mouthful of flavours. The lamb pulled apart so easily with a fork and seriously, I barely even needed to chew the meat.
Each bite was so moist and with umami, I was blown away by how tender and flavorful it was. It’s a recommended dish!
