we ordered the signature slow cooked duck, the lobster with truffle tang hoon, seafood rice, 3 eggs veg and giant egg tart for dessert.

has already posted about this multiple times. so wont really go into details. the slow cooked duck has a pinkish hue and is supposedly juicier. for the less adventurous, can opt for the normal peking duck instead.

first time ordering the lobster with truffle tang hoon which turned out to be surprisingly nice. the truffle aroma was definitely present but not too overpowering. the truffle has already been infused into the tang hoon, so its good tang hoon.

the seafood rice is the main reason why im always here. the rich duck broth with the popping rice puffs never fails to amaze me. must must must order when you guys visit this place.
-
giant egg tarts suit me because its egg and yuzu. yuzu fans should definitely order this to end the meal. and also right after this dinner, i returned for lunch the next day. 😂

$70 per pax.
