Chef Mok Kit Keung has created dumplings that tap onto a variety of Chinese ingredients and various inspirations from around the world, introducing marriages of modern flavours while exalting culinary heritage.

And this is one example, where black truffle was used in this mega dumpling. The black truffle glutinous rice was steamed together with a whole 10-head abalone, and bundled together with dried scallops, roasted duck, pork belly, and salted yolk. This was launched last year and it's back by popular demand.
